1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ASPL Pay (the "Platform"), a product of Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ASPL Pay provides a digital platform for property owners, PG administrators, and real estate managers to collect rent and other associated fees from their tenants. We provide software tools for invoicing, payment tracking, and automated reminders. We utilize third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to facilitate the actual transfer of funds.

3. User Responsibilities & KYC

  • Accuracy of Information: Property owners must ensure that all tenant details, property information, and rent amounts entered into the platform are accurate and lawful.
  • Compliance: Owners are responsible for completing required Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures with our payment gateway partners to enable automated bank settlements.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments, Fees, and Settlements

4.1 Transaction Fees: ASPL Pay may charge a platform or convenience fee per transaction or offer subscription-based pricing. These fees will be clearly communicated prior to usage. The payment gateway may also deduct standard processing charges before settlement.

4.2 Settlements: Funds collected from tenants are routed directly to the property owner's linked bank account via the payment gateway's nodal or escrow accounts. ASPL Pay does not hold your funds. Settlement timelines (typically T+1 or T+2 days) are determined by the payment gateway partner.

4.3 Disputes: Any disputes regarding rent amounts, lease terms, or property conditions are strictly between the property owner and the tenant. ASPL Pay acts solely as a technology facilitator and is not a party to the lease agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from your use of the Platform or any delays/failures by third-party payment processors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, compromises the security of the Platform, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu.
